Provided “as is”
Invoice Generator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep the tool accurate, fast, and bug-free, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Service or the documents it produces. Any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.
Not professional advice
The documents Invoice Generator helps you produce are general business templates. Nothing on this site constitutes accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Tax labels such as “GST”, “VAT”, “sales tax”, “CGST”, “SGST” and similar are provided as flexible fields for you to populate — they do not imply that your document is compliant with any specific tax regime. If you are unsure which tax rate applies, which invoice format your jurisdiction requires, or whether a proforma, commercial or tax invoice is appropriate for your transaction, consult a qualified accountant or tax advisor licensed in your jurisdiction.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every document you create. That includes totals, tax calculations, currency conversions, dates, due dates, payment instructions, business identification numbers (such as GSTIN, VAT number, EIN, ABN), bank account details, and any other content. Always review the final PDF before sending it to a client. Always keep your own backup of important documents — because Invoice Generator stores data in your browser, clearing browser storage will erase your work, and we have no way to recover it.
No guarantee of accuracy
Calculations are performed in your browser using floating-point arithmetic and rounded for display. Although we test the maths carefully, rounding differences of a cent or paisa can occur, particularly with mixed tax rates and percentage discounts. For amounts where absolute precision matters (for example, large invoices or tax filings), verify the totals manually before sending.
